Dr. Robin Kelley is a distinguished expert in the fields of equity, culture, compliance, employee relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with over 26 years of experience in higher education and consulting.  Her extensive career includes pivotal roles such as Chief Diversity Officer at Gonzaga University, Associate Vice Provost of Equity and Equal Opportunity at North Carolina State University, and Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity at Iowa State University.  Dr. Kelley’s leadership and commitment to fostering inclusive environments have made her a sought-after consultant for small to large organizations.
